You may only see the back of him, you may not even notice him, you might hear his voice saying“Hi,” but are unsure of where it came from. He is the voice and the backbone of this business. It might look like I am in charge, but REALLY I AM NOT. That man of mine runs the Resturant with his back turned, making 10 burgers, 5 cheesesteaks, 3 Texas toasts, 2 reubens, and a kids grill cheese! This man, with his back turned around on a grill can still notice a women with a baby, a person with a bag of food and 4 drinks in hand, or a man on crutches, it’s like a sixth sense. He is my rock, and the glue that holds me and our Resturant together! You may not ever know all he does for you, but just know that most likely, he noticed you in need of something and sent me to help! He puts in more hours than you or anyone would ever know! Just know this everyone, no one I mean no one works harder, loves more, and cares so much about his family, and this business than David! He always has the best interest of everyone else before himself. He is the greatest father, husband, partner, and friend that anyone could ask for. Fortunately for me, he is all mine, but I am happy to share him with all of you. Thank you David, for all of the dedication and love you give to all of us!! We love you. Xoxo Winna
